How it works.
Printer installations usually take 1-2 days but do vary depending on the machine. Once an installation date has been confirmed, a site survey will be performed by a YPS engineer to ensure there are no issues prior to install. The engineer will also confirm pc spec and if any media is required for installation.
Full training is provided onsite by the YPS engineer after the installation of the machine. A training checklist completed by the attending engineer ensures that you can begin production immediately. Training includes RIP software, print and cut (where applicable) and maintenance modules. Following installation training, the YPS Service team is just a phone call away should you have any questions.

If you require any additional training or even just a top up, this can be arranged separately at your convenience.
YPS also offer training as part of the Your Print Institute initiative. View available courses at Your Print Institute. Courses are held at Your Print Specialists just outside of Newcastle and are led by one of the service engineers. An engineer can also visit you onsite for further training.
