The Epson SureColor SC-F9400 is a dye sublimation printer designed for fast high volume printing for textile, clothing and soft signage production. With speeds up to 108.6m², it is easy to create high quality textiles quickly and efficiently.

The Epson SureColor SC-F9400 is equipped with several components to deliver optimum performance and reliability. The feeding system, pressure rollers and electronic pressure control optimise grip and feeding accuracy to produce perfect prints regardless of paper weight. A fabric wiper automatically cleans the printhead to maintain print quality with a dust catcher ensuring that dust is prevented from entering and clogging the printhead. A new hybrid flat and rib platen improves also improves print quality by helping to reduce paper unevenness.

The SureColor SC-F9400 offers improved print quality with Precision Dot technology for dye sublimation. This includes a halftone module, look-up tables and micro-weave that create noticeable differences to print quality.

The Epson SureColor SC-F9400 uses UltraChrome DS inks which when combined with a wide CMYK input profile ensure the maximum possible colour gamut for accurate reproduction of designs. The printer also has Oeko-Tex Eco passport certification meaning that any clothing and textiles produced on the printer using UltraChrome DS inks are completely safe to wear for adults, children and babies.

Epson Edge Print

Designed exclusively to work with Epson printer hardware and ink, Epson Edge Print software offers enhanced control of print output.

As a RIP software, it will allow you to use features such as step and repeat, tiling, nesting, copy and trimming. Epson Edge Print works alongside other Epson software such as Control Dashboard which allows you to set up custom print settings and Epson’s LFP Accounting Tool which helps you calculate the value of each print. Edge Print also offers the ability to download over 250 media profiles, free of charge, ensuring the optimal print settings are achieved for your prints.

Epson Edge Print software includes a Colour Library Printing function that can be easily installed into Adobe’s Creative Suite applications, so you can push your creativity to the limit using the wide colour gamut.
