The Mimaki CFL-605RTis a compact flatbed cutting plotter with a table size of 610 x 510mm. This flatbed cutting plotter has a range of cutting and creasing tools making it a perfect tool for packaging, prototyping and short-run production. Cutting tools include an eccentric cutter for packaging boards, a tangential cutter for thicker boards and a reciprocating cutter for soft foam and boards up to 10mm thick. There is also a creasing wheel for creating folding lines and a pen tool for creating line drawings. Media is held in place thanks to the vacuum table featured on the Mimaki CFL-605RT.

Mimaki CFL-605RT Delivers:

  • The eccentric cutter has a maximum cutting thickness of 1mm with an optimal downforce setting between 30 and 1,000g.
  • The tangential cutter features a maximum cutting thickness of 2mm with high downforce pressure, including materials such as reflective vinyl and rubber sheets.
  • The reciprocating cutter has a maximum 10mm cutting thickness for materials such as foam or cardboard and uses a vertical reciprocating motion.
  • The creasing roller creases materials for a perfect package. Downforce pressures are adjustable from 500 to 1,000g.
