Splashtop is a remote access software and is used by YPS to remotely access your desktop pc. We use Splashtop to offer remote software support without the need for an in person site visit. YPS are not responsible for Splashtop. Splashtop is a third-party software. 

Only download Splashtop if you have been directed to do so by a member of the YPS team.

Download and run the program from the link. It will show you a 9-digit session code. Let the YPS engineer know the session code to allow them to connect to your device.
