WHY SHOULD I INVEST IN A YPS WARRANTY PACKAGE?

A YPS warranty package can offer peace of mind and continued support after the manufacturer's guarantee has expired. Keeping your Mimaki hardware supported with a warranty ensures that should something go wrong, YPS is on hand to get your machine back up and running.

This is a one year agreement

All (unlimited) parts included - Mimaki original parts

All labour included

All travel time included

Next day call out guaranteed

Unlimited telephone support.

Unlimited support via email/website

Free software and firmware upgrades

For JFX – an additional annual preventative maintenance package is available

Limited to 1 printhead per year, with additional printheads charged at 15% discount

This is a one year agreement

Mimaki components and parts list less discount

2 day call out

Unlimited telephone support.

Unlimited support via email/website

Free software and firmware upgrades

For JFX – an additional annual preventative maintenance package is available

Limited to 1 printhead per year charged at 20% discount, with additional print-heads charged at 15% discount

WARRANTY PACKAGES

Are provided on a fixed 12-month term. This can be paid in full at the start of the contract or can be paid in 12 monthly installments. Should you decide to invest in one of our Advanced or Complete warranty packages, a site visit (£99+vat) will be required to allow our engineers to assess the condition of the hardware. If parts are found which may be defective at this time, then there may be a cost incurred to return the machine to a suitable condition before the warranty can commence.

Please note we only support machines that run with OEM inks, any 3rd party inks will invalidate your service plan.

LONG TERM WARRANTY AGREEMENTS
