Temporary change in procedure
YPS office opening times remain Monday -Thursday 8.30am – 5pm and Friday 8.30am-3pm (closed on weekends). Therefore we will be contactable during these times. Furthermore, Our lines of communication remain unchanged.
In addition, our stock levels are available as usual. As a result, we kindly ask for you to evaluate your current stock levels and to remain prepared.
Moreover, same day deliveries will now be subject to availability, please accommodate for this change.
Above all, this helps YPS utilise our resources as best we can to support our customer base.
Finally, we would like to encourage our customers to use our online ordering system for digital consumables on our website.
As an automated system this will again assist us greatly in operating the business as normal as possible. Should we find ourselves with unavoidable staff shortages and enable fast delivery of your inks and consumables.
To conclude, we will continue to monitor and follow government guidelines and notify you of any changes to our service.
Currently our showroom facility is closed for demonstrations until further notice.
