Service and Support at YPS
Your Print Specialists has a dedicated in house service team ready to offer support and service to your print equipment. Headed by Technical Director Paul Shorton, the YPS Service Team offers a vast range of print and technical experience.
Our service team are fully trained and certified Mimaki engineers, approved Roland engineers and YPS also hold Epson Service Provider status. Whatever the machine, you can be assured that your printer is in good hands from day one.
Every printer sold by Your Print Specialists is supplied with a unique QR code to allow any potential issues to be logged immediately by the Operator using a mobile phone. In the event of an issue, staff are on hand to assist via telephone, email and through desktop remote access.

YPS offer a range of warranty packages to keep your machine supported after the manufacturer’s warranty period has ended. More information can be found here. Having a YPS warranty can offer peace of mind that YPS can get your machine up and running in the event of something going wrong and therefore minimise production downtime.
