My order hasn’t arrived in perfect condition. What can I do?
We’re sorry that your order has not arrived in perfect condition. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery so we can investigate this for you and arrange a replacement.
I have ordered a product in error and it is not needed.
Please check your order confirmation and notify us immediately if an item has been ordered in error. After dispatch, items ordered in error may be returned but are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
Can you arrange finance for hardware sales?
We work with closely with a business finance company who specialise in finance for equipment. Therefore, they can provide an illustration based on your preferred deposit and term. Speak to the Sales Team on 0191 256 6889 for more info.
Is there anywhere I can see a demonstration of a printer I’m interested in?
Yes! We have our own dedicated Creative Centre at YPS HQ based in the North East. In addition, we can also arrange for a demonstration at one of our suppliers. However, if you are not able to travel, we can arrange for sample prints to be created and sent out to you.
