Prints ready in 6 hours
Available in two widths, 1371mm/540” and 1625mm/640”, the TrueVIS VG2 series offers fast turnaround times with prints ready to laminate and finish in just 6 hours. This allows for same day installation across a wide range of both indoor and outdoor applications. Roland’s impressive FlexFire PrintHeads produce the precision ink firing that enables printing neutral greys, vivid colours, and smooth skin tones even at high speed possible.
Increased Print and Cut Accuracy
Producing brilliant yet natural colour, plus increased print and cut accuracy combine to take your graphics to the next level. The Roland TrueVIS VG2 offers advanced cutting functionality for consistent, high-precision accuracy, however long the print job. The multiple cropmark function allows you to choose the frequency of your cropmarks based on the length of your print.
TrueVIS TR2 inks with Orange and Green
The Roland TrueVIS VG2 series is paired with next generation TR2 inks. These inks offer “optimised colour reproduction with low ink consumption costs.” TrueVIS TR2 ink is available in CMYK, LcLmLk plus orange, white and now green with several configurations available. These new inks also offer up to 200% stretch making it ideal for vehicle wrapping and other demanding applications.
Orange and recently released green ink is also available, giving the user an increase in the breadth of the colour gamut. Orange and green inks will provide impressive prints and reach colours other brands can not. Both orange and green inks are supported with a Color System Library including 130 named colour references for easy colour matching. Expanding the colour gamut allows you to deliver realistic colour reproduction and enables matching of corporate and brand colours.
TR2 inks are also GreenGuard Gold certified for low emissions and making them safe for indoor applications.
Efficient Production Workflow
Each TrueVIS VG2 machine is supplied with Roland Versaworks 6 RIP software. Designed to simplify machine operation while maximising the power of your VG2 and other Roland DG devices, VersaWorks RIP is both user-friendly and efficient. The newly designed Roland DG Connect App allows operators to perform tasks remotely with ease.
