Throughout the years Your Print Specialists (YPS) has been evolving to meet the needs of our growing customer base. Over the last 12 months, we have appointed a new management team and welcomed two additions to the YPS family.
As YPS continues to expand we are happy to announce two new appointments within the company.
“The apprentice becomes the master”
In March of 2021, Megan Arkle joined us as our Administrative Apprentice. Since then Megan has immersed herself in the role and become the first point of contact for customers, fulfilling consumable orders and the welcoming face at our YPS reception.
Megan has continued to learn about the industry and gain an understanding of each consumable item here at YPS. When you order your inks and other consumables from YPS, Megan ensures your order is processed and posted for next day delivery when ordered before 3pm.
Megan’s apprenticeship is now complete and she has earned her qualifications in Customer Service & Administration. We’re delighted that Megan has joined YPS as a permanent member of the team with a new position as our Administrative Assistant.
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Megan on the completion of her Apprenticeship and permanent role at YPS.

Lauren Randall joined YPS in 2016 having spent several years previously in various print roles, working with Mimaki and Epson hardware. As a creative innovator, Lauren is also a part of our Service Team offering support for both Illustrator and RIP software.
Initially working as Sales Support, Lauren soon took on responsibility for application development and the YPS demo room, creating an inspiring space for both customers and suppliers alike with the creation of the YPS Creative Centre. This role has grown over the years to include responsibility for designing our renowned exhibition stands for industry shows such as Sign&DigitalUK. A key member of the YPS team, Lauren has also overseen the marketing of YPS since her arrival 6 years ago and managed the growth and development of the marketing team.
We are happy to announce Lauren’s new role as Creative Director as part of the YPS Management Team and would like to take this opportunity to thank Lauren for her years of dedication to YPS.
