Over the last two years, the Your Print Specialists (YPS) team has grown to keep up with our customers' needs. Megan and Craig joined us last year and have become vital cogs in the YPS machine. Megan continues to be the face of our reception, and as admin continues to ensure your consumable orders arrive to you on time. Craig works within our YPS dedicated Service Team, installing and training customers on their new machines.
The YPS Service Team advises and maintains each of our customer's printers with warranty packages and ongoing servicing. As YPS supplies more printers, the Service Team must also grow to keep up with customer demand.
In July 2022 George Heads joined our Service Team. George will initially be office based to answer customer queries using his years of knowledge in the industry.
YPS has had a dedicated in-house service department ready to offer support and service to your print equipment since its inception in 2009.
Our Service Team are fully trained and certified Mimaki engineers and approved Roland engineers. George now adds to this team with his expertise and wide format printer knowledge to advise customers.
George has worked within the print industry for 40 years and has, therefore gained vast knowledge and wide range of skills.
“As a chosen career path, I have spent the large part of 40 years in Operations Management covering all print disciplines Lithographic, Screen, Digital, Textile and Flexographic” George states.
George brings technical knowledge from working with, predominantly Mimaki printers as both an operator and production manager. Giving YPS a unique position to offer technical advice as well as advise on what will work for a customer's production and workflow set-up.
George met YPS Director, Garry Brown, 15 years ago as a customer. “I found myself like many others regularly calling upon Garry’s industry knowledge and skill set. It almost feels like I have grown up under the Your Print Specialists umbrella, having watched YPS grow from strength to strength, taking its key personnel on the journey with them. You can imagine my surprise when the opportunity presented itself to become part of the YPS family. It may have taken some years (40 to be precise) but working alongside like-minded colleagues and sharing our knowledge and experiences creates a great sense of achievement.” George continues.
