The last 6 months have seen Your Print Specialists grow in size as a business. Also, expanding their workplace. It seemed only right that the YPS team grew too. With the appointment of a new Consumables Salesperson and a new Engineer.
Lauren Parker joined the YPS team in November. She is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when you order consumables and ink.
Furthermore, having worked previously in a customer service role in the travel industry. Lauren has jumped into the print industry with both feet.
“I came from a travel background. So, I was working overseas. Being a travel agent, where I would pretty much just book Benidorm day in day out. Therefore, I’m excited to be joining such an impressive company. As there is always new things developing to go and see/learn about as the industry is growing all the time. Garry and Georgia give me the opportunity to visit customers and exhibitions. Therefore, learning more about the print industry. Moreover, until I worked here I never even thought about how printed items were produced and it’s interesting to learn how.”
As well as an addition to the Sales team. There is also a new addition to the Service Department. With Tony Murray joining the team as a Field Engineer.
The YPS Service team is headed by Service Manager Paul Shorton. Paul comments “We’re delighted to welcome Tony to the team. Another engineer allows us to expand our service offering. Therefore improving our response to customer issues, minimising downtime”. Moreover, Tony joins us from a print engineering background. Where he gained over 20 years service. Therefore Tony will primarily be focused on Mimaki support and service.
