The YPS machine of the month for July is the Mimaki CJV300-160plus solvent print & cut machine.
The CJV300-160 Plus is perfect for a range of applications. from decals and stickers to posters and exhibition graphics. With staggered dual print heads, even high-quality prints at high print speeds are achievable. The series has an integrated cutter for fast print and cut production workflow in one machine.
We currently have a demonstration CJV300-160plus in our Newcastle-based Creative Centre. The Mimaki CJV300 is our go-to machine for prints around our YPS HQ and we have created a range of applications, from floor graphics for our Epson open day in June to promotional banner signage.

The SS21 range of ink configurations for the CJV300 gives you a range of opportunities, from light cyan, light magenta & light black, orange, white and silver inks, available for creating exciting print effects.
There is white ink for printing on clear and coloured substrates, orange ink for a wider colour gamut and achieving nearly 95% of the Pantone colour chart as well as silver ink for metallic effects. Inks are available as standard 440ml cartridges with 2L ink packs available for a Mimaki bulk ink system.
The Mimaki CJV300-160plus makes use of green-guard certified SS21 inks. The "Mimaki Eco-cartridge" is a reusable environmental-friendly designed ink cartridge. This ink cartridge will remain while the ink pack can be replaced, reducing in less waste.
